A good quality Victorian rosewood jewellery box, the top with decorative brass mount, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box has been re-lined in a green cotton moire fabric and luxurious emerald green silk velvet, the inside of the lid and central tray section further enhanced with gold thread embroidery. The lift-out tray reveals a further storage area beneath.

The box has been cleaned and professionally French polished and is in showroom condition.

With working lock & tasselled key.
