A fine quality Victorian burr walnut games / card box, the domed top and front inlaid with wide geometric banding, the top with a central diamond shaped mother of pearl cartouche surrounded by further decorative banding, the front with a matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal the original interior with space for cards and a cribbage board with space under for counters.

The box has been cleaned and professionally French polished and is in showroom condition.

With working lock & tassled key.
