A good quality Regency period Cuban mahogany table or jewellery box, the corners with campaign style brass banding, the top with a decorative vacant central brass cartouche, the front with decorative brass keyhole escutcheon.

The box has been cleaned and professionally French polished, the interior re-lined in a plush stone grey velvet.
