Superb Victorian coromandel sewing/jewellery box.

A superb Victorian coromandel jewellery/sewing box in the manner of Lund, Fleet Street. Unmarked but almost identical in style inside & out to the marked Lund box also listed. The top with engraved mother of pearl cartouche, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal the original silk lined interior in remarkable condition, the pull down mirror revealing a document pouch behind (light foxing to mirror) The fitted tray retains all it's lids etc.
