Victorian walnut jewellery box.

A good Victorian walnut jewellery box, the walnut veneers banded with ebony, the top with vacant central brass cartouche, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a fitted interior re-lined in a luxurious shiraz coloured silk velvet. The fall front reveals a further drawer beneath also re-lined in silk velvet.

With working lock & tassled key.
