A good large Art Deco period figured walnut box with mahogany sides. the lift-up lid revealing a re-lined interior in a plush deep red velvet. Within the lock a brass pin releases the bottom drawer when the lid is open and locks it when the lid is down. The drawer has also been re-lined in velvet.

With fully working lock & tassled key.
