Antique walnut & coromandel jewellery box.

A superb Victorian dome-topped jewellery box, the finely figured walnut veneer cross-banded in coromandel with brass banding to the edges and additional brass stringing throughout. To the top is a decorative brass flush fitting carry handle. 

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted interior lined in mahogany and plush vibrant red velvet. The lift-out tray fitted various compartments reveals 3 further storage areas beneath and a secret compartment underneath the left hand side.

With fully working Bramah lock & tassled key.
