A large Victorian figured walnut jewellery box, the front and top with ebony banding and further geometric marquetry banding, the top with diamnod shaped brass vacant cartouche surrounded by further marquetry inlay, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted interior lined in a plush deep red velvet, the lift-out lid fitted various compartments reveals a further storage area beneath.

With fully working lock and decorative key.
