A fine antique coromandel jewellery box by Greaves of Birmingham, the lid and front with brass stringing, the top with shield shaped vacant cartouche.

The box opens to reveal a fully fitted moroccan leather, blue silk and purple moire lined interior. The lid retains its original removable panel with inset mirror concealing a secret stationery pouch.

The drop front reveals two further drawers with silver plated handles, the top drawer lined in leather, the bottom drawer divided into various compartments with leather lid bearing makers mark.

With fully working Bramah lock and key.
