A good quality Victorian rosewood jewellery box with decorative brass inlay to the top and front.

The box opens to reveal a red velvet lined interior, the lift out tray fitted with various compartments, four of which have original rosewood covers with ebony handles. (The other compartments never had lids). Beneath is a further storage area for larger items.
