Antique coromandel jewellery box

Antique coromandel jewellery box  with brass banding and vacant decorative cartouche. The sides with flush fitting campaign style carry handles.

The interior is lined with purple silk velvet and black Moroccan leather. The lift out tray with brass handles can be removed to reveal a large storage area beneath. The inside lid drops down to reveal a stationery wallet and removable mirror with original plate.

With fully working patent bramah lock and tassled key.
